Mike Richards is really struggling
Worst *Cup* trade *Cup* ever *Cup* what *Cup* was *Cup* Deano *Cup* thinking? Sarcasm aside, yes Ricky's had a rough go lately.

Isn't it kinda hard to blame a loss on a player for a goal scored at 7:05 of the first period?
The Nashville winning goal I can understand. But pinning the loss in Chicago on Richards is patently ridiculous.
The team failed to score and by doing so the team lost the game. Good teams come back from 1 goal down in the first period.

I love Richards but the loss in Nashville was definitely the result of the same type of defensive lapse on his part that happened again last night. **** happens. He'll learn from it.

It's a lonnng season. This is called, "A Slump." I'll admit, Kings are a step behind when it comes to the Hawks.....that's gotta improve. But I'm shrugging off the loss to nASShville as doldrums rust. What concerns me is how they'll be once the Olympics are over with after THAT long break.

I'm concerned by how Anaheim and San Jose don't seem to be cooling off. Lose a few more and any chance of winning the division will be gone.

I completely agree. Mike Richards has been looking really bad. I've also noticed Drew Doughty has been making more mistakes than usual. Hopefully, the Kings can turn things around. The next two games won't be easy.

Once again, no one loses a game at 7:05 of the first period. The problem was the zero on the scoreboard. A bad play that early should not determine the game's outcome.

Just to echo the ops thoughts, he makes a valid point that 2 bad plays by MR has resulted in 2 straight losses. Not kicking the man while he is down, but the facts are the facts. I know come playoff time MR will be an animal, but right now he is playing like a guy in the last years of his career...not in the middle of it.
