Thread: Need a little help, please.

No lie, we had a flooding problem in the house this past Sunday evening. Going through the nightmare of insurance coverage, restoration, and rebuilding which I think we'll be all right as well as the dislocation of our 3 family members for who knows how long. One of the worst tragedies of this entire situation has the DVR with the entire Fox coverage of the Stanley Cup parade and Rally lost now thanks to having the Direct TV box disconnected in preparation for restoration. Does anyone out there have a DVD copy from that broadcast that can burn a copy for yours truly? It'd be HIGHLY appreciative!!! Thanks!!

It's on YouTube .. Just use mactube (or whatever the pc version is) and download it.

Or buy the Blu-Ray.

Thanks guys! Wasn't aware that the entire show from beginning to end of the parade/rally was on the Blue Ray. Not only for keepsake reasons but there was a quick mention of a buddy of mine from Bob Miller during the telecast that I want him to see someday.

You realize that simply disconnecting the box does not erase what's on the hard drive, right? Unless the box was damaged, everything recorded on it should still be there.
