I heard on XM that Bill Daly has made a statement that the NHL and KHL have an agreement that would not allow Vis to play in the KHL once the lockout is lifted. He went on to say that he expects that Visnovsky will honor his commitment.

And I'm a bit confused by your confusion. Outrage? Just try to overlook the part where I suggest we declare war on Russia and sacrifice the 1st-born male in every home, and just see it for what it is- Me noticing the shoe now being on the KHL's foot and having interest in how it plays out.
