Thread: No need to wait for Mondo, cuz I'm gonna do it.

I know Brown has talent, and I'm sure this will draw some ire/ridicule, but I'd move Brown down to the third line with Stoll and Lewis. It's a defensive, checking line, where Brown excels at his game. Lewis has just been solid in his role, and created a lot of simple chances for that line. The other reason for the "demotion" of Brown, is the fact that Gagne has, in my opinion, played himself into the top 6.

It's just a shame because we all know Brown can play better. I hope he sorts it out soon.

the guy's had the chance to pull the trigger numerous times this season, but what does he do? he flubs. He needs to realize that he needs to either get open and shoot it as hard as he can, or just go to the net and hit people. He's a great player, but he's just not a finesse player like I think he wants to be.

In a shortened season that makes every game part if the Cup run, wearing the "C" on a struggling Stanley Cup defender voids the "It's still early" free pass. The leaders need to lead right now. Richards is coming around. Brown... not so much.

brown blew last night, but not NEARLY as much as gagne. but yeah, he needs a major kick in the ass to get jumpstarted.

ZERO major hits this year. some say he's gone soft

i've been saying to demote brown to the 3rd line before the season turned around, and after the season turned around, the trades, and the brown trade rumor that jumpstarted him. but, i don't think you and i are watching the same gagne. i want you to watch the entire game again last night, and tell me one beneficial thing gagne did. he played like utter crap in these last five games.

and the people talking Conn Smythe were morans. Brown was strong early in the playoffs, and then pretty much went pussy after the Doan hit.
