I will always admire and respect Sean O'Donnell and the many contributions he made to the Kings. When people talk about playing tough, this man exemplifies that. He may not have had the natural raw talent that other players had, but he played hard every single shift.

Without O'Donnell, I don't think Doughty learns to play defensively the way he did in his first couple of seasons.

Congratulations on a fine career Odie! Enjoy retirement!

The first Kings playoff game I ever went to was that game. Good luck OD.

Definitely would be a great addition behind any teams bench

DD owes a lot of his learning to be an NHL pro to OD

Who will ever forget the pounding he gave Courtnall in game 3 of the 98 STL series.

Either behind a bench or announcing. That guy has a fantastic speaking voice and great knowledge of the game.

I've hated Courtnall ever since that game. Was mad for days after. Sean with a penalty and that damned Cournall .........Great example of a ref's screwup

I've spoken before about loyalty to your organization and O.D. was a perfect example of that. He always had his teammates backs.

I was thinking that as well. Sign him cheap and let him retire as a King... oh well
