It's really kind of amazing how unclear the sale of this book is. Team LA has been advertising the book and I ordered it Friday night through them, but just got an email from the Kings emphatically saying you can't order online and only by phone. this makes no sense.

Well, I ordered mine from TeamLA online yesterday and they've already dinged my CC $70 bones which is odd because a preorder this far out usually doesnt charge until it ships. WTF is that about? Sounds like a giant cluster f*** over there.

Also, notice how they dropped the "DVD Limited to the first 10,000 orders" crap off the graphic. Whom ever thought that would add incentive to the fans was a dumbass. It never should have said that.

Anyone else get charged yet?

I saw the post about this on Facebook and ordered. I then scrolled through this thread. I am just curious for those that got an email about this, who was it that sent out the email? Was it the Kings or the Team LA store? It also sounds like that Season ticket holders were the first ones that got notification of this, is that right?

I THINK that the difference is that STH get a $10 discount and possibly free shipping, but you have to order via the phone number.

I think the email came from shop NHL, using the kings email list.

Then WHAT THE FUUUU did I just order from and get charged for, online yesterday for $70????

I hope to GOD that there isnt a BOGUS TeamLA site out there ripping people off man. Something fishy is going on with this sh**!

Well I ordered and they said we will be getting the DVD with all the books. Its great to be a LA Fan. First we get a Vin Scully Bobblehead last month and now a DVD with Bob and Jim annoucning game 6. Can't wait to get it. They now have a Vin Scully and Chick Hearn Bobblehead how about a Bob Miller Bobblehead. I think he deserves one. He is just as good as Vin and Chick.
