If you look at the screenshot of the kings email to STH's you will see the discrepancy. I believe that you have to order over the phone to get the STH discount. If you order online you pay full price.
When I called I said I would like to order the book. The guy says What book? I said the Kings one that's $60. He said we don't sell any Kings books. I said, The one with the DVD. He said, Went don't sell DVDs, and asked if this was a prank call. I said, Are you kidding me?? Then he hung up on me.
Ok, that didn't happen, but can you imagine??
Right, I understand BUT it seems there are 2 different ordering descriptions being posted here. One being the STH option, which you posted and does not pertain to most of us, including myself...and the second being the one posted in post #117 which seems to contain SOME of the same info as the STH option but lists it as being "Phone Orders Only" without the STH info above it, as it has in your above post. Seeing the second option, one would assume that "Phone Orders Only" means just that. Its pretty obvious that the Phone Order option is to gather the STH's info for the discount.
If anything, Im more curious as to why I was charged for the book/dvd combo by "AEG TeamStore LA" and have yet to be sent a invoice for the charge. Apparently, quite a few people are curious about the same thing.
Either way, I'll be on the horn with them in the morn and get it squared away.
For the record, I got an email from them earlier today stating that I was charged for the order I placed. I'm sure that won't satisfy most of you, but short of the book arriving at your doorstep, I doubt there is much that will. :)
I got 2 invoices via email (I ordered 2 books, one as a gift) along with my new account information from the team LA store. Shipping on this book is a bitch but other than that its something to look forward to in Oct.
