I ordered mine by phone and was told I would receive a confirmation e-mail but never did. Hmm..... My card was billed, so I assume I'm ok, but....

I'm in the same boat. Called up and ordered that first day they were available. The lady said I would recieve an email confirmation. Last week, when I hadn't received the email, I called again and the guy said the emails hadn't started going out yet, and that I would get the email next (this) week. They did, however, show/confirm my order.

No frickin' email yet. Just sayin'.

Im trippn on how they got my facebook page/name. My Facebook page is my nickname, not my proper first name like on my credit card.

Im wondering if "AEG Merch" proper hasnt sold anything before in-house versus reselling via TeamLA...and they got caught with their pants down. So now they're playing catch up. I dunno... Its all really wack-a-do.

They damn sure didnt have a problem dinging my credit card 5 minutes after I hit the "Submit Order" button. Lol. Funny how that works.

I am in the same boat. I ordered the day it went on sale and never got a confirmation email but my card was charged. So I called back and asked them about it and was told they would look into it and have someone send me an email. They did send an email about 4 days later saying they can confirm my order is ok and that I should get an email confirmation/reciept however like everyone else her I have yet to get the reciept/email confirmation.

Kind of makes you wonder how they will handle sending out the actual book/dvd. Hopefully everything will be ok.

In my experience ordering stuff on-line from most companies when you place a order on a website and log off and go to your email account the confirmation is in your in box with in seconds of completing your order. That sure was not the case here.

I ordered mine last night on the internet. No confirmation email yet. Good to know I'm not alone.

I am unable to purchase anything with the NHL logo now. Thats just me. Enjoy the video, I am with the Fish, I will most likely view it after someone else purchases the item.

Have you guys checked your spam folders to see if the confirmation email went in there? I received an email while I was still on the phone with Team LA.
