I called in my order yesterday and got my confirmation/receipt before I hung up the phone.
I received another email today informing me my payment was received.

To add another twist to this whole thing, I get emails all the time from Team LA about specials and what not. My regular email addy is definately registered with them. Why would they send a message to my Facebook page and not my already registered email account? Just a really bizzare way of doing things.

Does AEG Merch have its own number or should I just call TeamLA straight up? BRinLA, what # did you call?

Looks like I'm getting squared away now with TeamLA and AEG. After I received a follow up email from AEG Merch on FB today requesting my email addy, I received this at my normal email address:

The email above was Cc'd to quite a few people at AEG Worldwide also so it seems pretty legit.

Looks like my Buffoonery Corp call was the correct one.

PrteBvr- I think most of the issues were from the first gen orders from 2 weeks ago. AEG/TeamLA probably didn't lay down the correct infrastructure for the load of orders they had back then and got burned.

So I just called this number to follow up on an order I placed a couple of days ago, and I get a message saying that due to the lockout, the sale of the championship book has been temporarily suspended! Anyone else get this?

I guess thats why the ordering process was so jacked up. AEG probably rushed the release of the book/DVD as to get it out prior to the lock out. They must have some sort of agreement with the NHL about merch and the work stoppage.

No matter, I'll have mine in 2-3 weeks!
