I'm not an STH either. I ordered mine on the Team LA site the night rinkrat posted the ad on the board. I think that was even before it was supposed to go on sale to the public and I received my book and dvd days ago.

Mine came on Friday. The book is gorgeous. Really well done. The picture quality on the DVD is real disappointing. And the crowd noise is also muted because it's only their mikes and not the NBC feed. However, Bob and Jim's call was very good. It was fun to watch again and without the commercials and intermissions, it flows by pretty quickly. So the poor DVD quality does not ruin it by any means.

Just wondering did anyonw here order the deluxe version with all the extras?

Yes I ordered the Deluxe version with the Game 6 glass and I have not received it yet. I ordered it on the Team LA website and have been looking at it all weekend...still processing. I am not a STH because I live in San Diego or I would be, but I know they have taken my payment, so I should be getting it soon. I do remember them saying it will not ship until mid-November so I may have a few weeks. I wonder why the disc cannot be Blu Ray with the advanced technology we have these days. Seems Odd! But, I'm dying to see the book!

Watching the Bob/Jim call. The quality looks good to me and I usually don't like DVD's. Might be the new bluray player that upgrades DVD quality. No complaints here!

I would pay for a new DVD player with HD upconversion as long as it has a Kings logo on it. Coming soon to Team LA.
