    Wasn't the Special edition of the book with all the extras supposed to be shipped in November? Here is it January and it is still not ready. The should do something more for the fans that bought the pricey Special Edtion of the Book and DVD. Really a 20% off coupon to buy more merchandise? If I had ordered it I would be tempted to cancel the order at this point and just go with the regular verison. I would have thought it would certaintly have been ready at holiday time for a Xmas gift

    Just wondering for those that ordered the Special Edition and still have not got it have you been informed as to why it is such a long delay?
