60 dollars shipping to Germany? Are you fn kidding me? Come on. There are also die-hard fans in Europe but if shipping is expensive as the actual product I have to pass.
If someone has the intention to help me out with the book, I would really be glad. Because I think there is a cheaper way to ship a book to Germany.

This is horse bleep! I had already told my friend who is the account holder for our season ticket group that I wasn't interested in a $50 book (the e-mail that he received and forwarded to the group didn't mention anything about the DVD). But now we're told the DVD is included -- but only if we're one of the first 10k people to order?! WTF?! I don't mind paying the price, but I sure as s**t want to know what I'm buying before I order!


Added: Ok...so after being annoyed for a moment, I called the 877 number and was told that I was among the first several hundred to place an order and that I definitely would be getting the DVD. She said that they can tell when placing the order whether the DVD will be included or not. So my recommendation would be to call the 877 number if there is any uncertainty.

The "maybe DVD" is completely uncool. If you are plunking money down on a product, you should know what you are getting.

Would love to have it but I can't spend $120 (shipping to Japan) for a book and maybe a DVD. Too bad. I bet though that someone in the LGK crew will find a way to get the DVD on youtube or somewhere (I hope).

I just can't spend $70 on MAYBE getting the dvd... The DVD is all I really want... WTF??? Do they not think that people want this dvd???

I'm curious if anybody here springs for the $450 dollar book. As for the cheap $50 book I'm really on the fence on this one. I'm just not sure I'm going to take the plunge on it.

Stop whining! They have only sold a FEW HUNDRED. If you want the book then ORDER IT NOW, they still have OVER 9000 LEFT!!!

Also, I'm not sure why they would do a second edition without the DVD since it is the item that is driving most of the sales.

Was just thinking the same thing, RinkRat. I already ordered this morning. There is no way they can sell 10k books that quickly.

But how do I know that they haven't sold 9000 copies in the 37 minutes between you posting this, and me reading it?
