And that would be idiotic for the owners to do since Fehr would have the league by the balls. Plus how does one play a game with no CBA rules in place? No contract lengths, suspension rules, etc... there are none as of now. Hey they could simply play under the league's first offer while continuing to negotiate. Yeah right, that'll happen.
