What about combined Net Income in 2005 subtracting their Net Loss of the team in 2004? would it be bigger or smaller than the difference between NI 2004 AOC and NL 2004 Panthers, or does AOC include a rollup of the Panthers in it's financials? After that, I wonder what they did in 2005 to spike their revenue even 10k higher than the year before - they must have expanded to other things during the lockout, which could also be reflected in less profit in 2005 for re-investment.
Also, I wonder what month their fiscal year starts.
edit: looking at your chart above, then the Panthers are not involved with this financial sheet at all.
if that is the case, then using the Forbes estimate of -7MM Net Income for Florida:
before lockout: 6.497 - 7MM = -.5MM net income between both entities for SSE
during lockout: 1.024MM net income for SSE and (?) loss for the Panthers (not sure how they structure their sales staff - if using the AEG model, I think AEG employs most of the Kings "staff", but unsure of the coaches, GM, etc).
so it is possible that SSE was more profitable without the Panthers running up to a 1.024MM net profit instead of a -.5MM net loss combined without further information.
btw, do all teams have this set up? Where there is a parent company that owns arena operations?

Are they...?
WOW!!!
Edit: Today's "negotiation" will not go well.
Who cares?
Well, the early leaked reports about the NHLPA's offer is that it is NHL's structure, immediate 50/50 split, and they want $182M added to make whole over 5 years (NHL previously offered $211M, NHLPA wants $393M). On the surface, it looks very good. We'll see...
