If something doesn't get done today, I am blaming you for grossing both sides out of negotiations.

OK, I'm no math whiz, but 46% of $3.3 BILLION is $1.52 BILLION. Where they are at now is 57% of $3.3 BILLION which is $1.88 BILLION. So the lockout is over a measly $.36 BILLION? Why can't the two sides agree to split the difference ($.18 BILLION each) and call it a day?

If they don't get something going I'm going to start an LGK league. I'll pay in beer and we can easily split $.36Billion evenly.

Would you like 'em to "Get 'er done" or "Get it done"?

None of this "Getter it done" business.
    That makes no sense.
    Make up your mind.

The owners offered to keep the definition of HRR the same. I think this was one of the big issues for the NHLPA. We'll see if this gets things rolling. Doubtful, but you never know.

That is a biggy, now it's just a question of percentages.

Is that a small glimmer of hope I see?

My hunch still tells me that there are going to be games lost, however I feel pretty good that we will at least see hockey at some point this season. There doesn't appear to be the same gap (to be fair there never appeared to be the same gap) as there was the last time the league went through this.
