I understand this, but the reason they are rushing to make these signings before the CBA expires, is because they are trying to take advantage of a system that they are trying to eliminate in the next CBA.

I really don't give a @#$% about who is right/wrong. I am just pissed that both sides knew their positions a long time ago and could have negotiated long before it came to this. In the end they know that the hard-core fans will be back anyway.
