They (NHLPA) are not going to take the deal as it stands, however, there is now at least a reason to return to the table for serious negotiations. From what I understand, the one deal breaker was the salary rollback which has been essentially been wiped off of the owners demands.

I probably miscommunicated in my original post but what I was implying was that since the rollback issue was off the table, that would finally clear the way for some meaningful talks. I said this because prior to the rollback being removed, the players were not even willing to negotiate on "anything" salary related.
