So, assuming this is a noon game, does that mean the puck is dropped at noon, or the ceremonies begin at noon? If it's the former, that means the banner ceremonies and stuff is probably going to start earlier.

If the published game time is noon, and in the absence of additional information, I'd be damn sure to be in my seat at least by 11:30. However, I expect there will be a public announcement by the Kings that the ceremony will start at such-and-such time and that puck drop is expected by __ o'clock.

I'm sure they will come out with a more detailed timeline as things get finalized.

Front page of L.A. Times sports section today has Kings/Chicago at noon for the 19th.
