How'd I do?
i love gescom's perspective posts. when fans are high he brings them low, when they are low, he brings them high. got to even the keel. and that's not a criticism. see sutter do this every day.
"which will undoubtedly rattle a few lumps"
Next time, I would appreciate it if you would Have The Presidents Of The United States Of America "Lump" playing when posting threads like this.
Yeah, everyone talked about having a great start, but as we saw last year, the finish line sprint at the end that carries it into the playoffs is what its going to be about.
Oh and based upon the title of the thread ges you just love that Pixar movie "Ratatouille" don't you?
Great stuff here Ges. As for the Sens I've been watching them pretty close as well for some time. I think they're going to fall down the standings because Anderson can only do so much with that sub par defense. Now with Karlsson out for the season, I don't see a playoff birth this season.
Seeing your notes on Florida painted a whole new picture to me. I will be the first to say that I thought the division was going to be a two horse race with the Canes, and the Caps just behind them. I know it's early but I have my doubts with my prediction.
Calgary is starting to play better but we all know they'll do just enough to take the 9-10 seed in the west and miss on a lottery pick.
I find it funny how fans look at the Sharks and Canucks records and fall for it year after year. There is nothing special about them winning a bunch of regular season games. They've done that for a while. Call me when they don't choke in the playoffs. Those two teams ain't getting any younger either.
