    Default Policy for warm-ups?

Taking my 20-month old to his first game (kings/ducks @ ponda center) during the pre-season. Anyone know what the policy is for warm-ups? I'd like to take him down on the glass to check it out.....

They are usually cool about it as long as you scoot along one the warm ups are over.

Yep. And if a person happens to have front row seats and is actually there for warmups, you'll have to scoot on by and give them their space. It rarely happens though, those rich folks hardly ever show up that early for the game, especially during the pre-season.. but still, you never know.

If you ever plan on doing warmups at Staples though and want the front row for warmups, plan ahead and get there at least 30 minutes before warmups even start. Lots of bandwagoners now clogging that area up. When we were crappy, you could walk right up to the glass right when they're coming out for warmups but not anymore.

    Default Policy for warm-ups?

I was at Staples for a playoff game last season, and the front row people got all bent - until I heard one lady say; "Why are all these people here?"
What a waste of front row ducats...

At Staples they encourage you to go to the glass as long as you dont keep someone from their seat.

warmups are my favorite part of going to the game! Just go down there early and you will get a spot on the glass. It is also fun to stand by the tunnel where they come out and also to stand behind the bench. But with the 20 month old I would go for the glass to the left of the bench.

Edit: Oh , wait....I just now see you are going to an away game, so it would be the glass to the right of the bench.

Can't wait for the pre-season to start!!!!! I love the preseason games.

We go down for warmups before every game. Fun experience, lots of energy down at the ice. Get there early enough to get on the glass but be courteous of others once they come to claim their seats.

Most arenas are cool with this. When I went to the season opener in MN, they had no problem with me hanging by the glass & tunnel during warmups.
