Bailey has been dead to me since the FF game the team introduced him at. The ass hat constantly blocked the views of a lot of people during that game and when asked to move, he'd throw popcorn at the fan. He is lucky he didn't get a serious beat down at his intro. Personally he and ice girls/crew/cheerleaders are needless, and should be abandoned. The snow can be cleaned by a little league hockey team to earn some team cash, like the old days.
Oh wow. You totally hit the nail on the head with that post. I usually don't order food or drinks at Staples unless I have to, but MAN.. these workers are something else.
They are only capable of retrieving one item at a time. It's like some terrible video game programming where the character is too stupid to multi-task. You add that in with idiots in line who can't decide on what they want to order until they reach the front of the line? Yeah, you're going to miss most of the period.
I always mentioned this in the season ticket holder survey but its clear they don't care what the concession workers do or not do.

Speaking of sponsors, am I the only person who has wondered what exactly the commercials that get run over and over on the NHL Network say about the NHL, hockey, and hockey fans. Computer virus detection prevention (from downloading porn?), payday loans being hocked by Montel Williams (to pay for the said porn?), bail bonds.... ?!?!
You know what I hated?
Game 6 SCF when the timer ended and the crowd was f'ing roaring, they play ****ty Queen garbage. "We are the Champions". No ****. Let's hear 16,500 happy fans.. not music. Completely irritating. I like Queen as much as the next guy, but just let an atmosphere develop for ****s sake. Like others have mentioned, the whole environment is superficial. From what I've read about the Forum I would have loved it. I'd like to hear the game and hear the crowd, and hear REAL emotion, not fake crap. That's really my only complaint. The jesus people also annoy the hell out of me. I should get a loud speaker system out there and blast Bill Hicks and see how long it takes them to jump me and beat me to death with Jesus' love.
