    Default Scouts/Bernier/Scuderi/too many D-men?

Didn't know if you guys knew this. Haven't seen it on the thread but Helen tweeted

@helenenothelen: Another big night for scouts on seating chart at Kings' game. Vancouver (2), NYR (2), Boston (3), Anaheim, Nashville, Buffalo, Dallas(more)

@helenenothelen: Calgary, Ottawa, Detroit (2), Philly, Montreal, Colorado, Tampa Bay, Wash, Minny, Edmonton, SJ, Toronto and PHX all listed on seating chart

She tweeted it for Mondays and Tuesday games with Bernier starting....

You think they were looking at Bernier...or Scuderi

Will Scuderi take a pay cut next year for us or they thinking of trading him before he is a free agent?

Who will Mitchell replace when he comes back...same question goes for Green. Muzzin has 4 goals and 3 assists so far this rookie campaign... Doughty had 6 goals and 21 assists his rookie season in a regular 82 game season. Muzzin's hot..will he be replaced by Green later this season? This is assuming Mitchell replaces Ellerby.

You can almost feel it that a big trade is coming. Knowing Dean he is looking to get a top 15 first rounder in the draft this year as we don't have one yet. Trading Scuds will be tough if we want to repeat scpecially when Green and Mitchell are hurt. I think Dean does this trade from a strong position, like a package. Bernier, a forward in minors and Drewesky. Let's see ...............

What you feel is gas. Yea, I stole that quote.

Seriously, I don't get the sense that the Kings are going to be making any sort of trade, particularly involving any of their D men heading out.

Once the Window opened, our concern with having to pick in the first round every year went the way of the Do Do.
at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.

Trading a valuable veteran for draft picks?

You realize we aren't sellers anymore, don't you?

This! Even after we win the Cup people still don't get it. We are buyers until the team is too old to compete.
