I attempted to forward seats but it doesn't look like the receipent is getting them. As long as it gets worked out by Saturday....I guess I'll be okay.

As of 10 am It showed my tickets available for forwarding and printing, however, when I tried to print the tickets it gave me a re-print option, asking why I was reprinting my tickets!!! Hopefully this is just a glitch and they will straighten everything out by Saturday!
I will just wait until the 17th then, when the "Account Manager" is fully updated...
I just called my rep and essentially the message I got on the answering macine is that they are working on getting the ticket/account manager up and running by the end of the day.
