Thread: Season Ticket Holders: Website Issues?

I attempted to forward seats but it doesn't look like the receipent is getting them. As long as it gets worked out by Saturday....I guess I'll be okay.

The site will not be accurate until Thursday, according to the email:

Payments will resume on January 20th for accounts enrolled in our Automatic Payment plan program. Your Automatic Payment Plan (APA) will be amended to include three installments with the following scheduled payment dates: January 20th 2013, February 20th 2013, and March 20th 2013. The exact amount of these payments can be viewed online by logging in to your account no earlier than Thursday, January 17th

Lol ok so my first payment wont be till after home opener. I wonder if tickets will still be available to me with just my deposit.

As of 10 am It showed my tickets available for forwarding and printing, however, when I tried to print the tickets it gave me a re-print option, asking why I was reprinting my tickets!!! Hopefully this is just a glitch and they will straighten everything out by Saturday!

This is because you usually would already have printed tickets that were mailed to you. So you will always get that option. However, it still is not working even if you try to reprint. At least not for me.

I will just wait until the 17th then, when the "Account Manager" is fully updated...

I just called my rep and essentially the message I got on the answering macine is that they are working on getting the ticket/account manager up and running by the end of the day.
