    Default Season Ticket Holders: Website Issues?

    i own some season tickets, but when i log into the account website at the moment, the tickets are no longer listed, although I do have my tickets for the Open Practice on Monday. (they were last visible on Thursday, but i hadn't checked since then). I'm hoping that this is just an issue with them adjusting their accounts, but wanted to see if any of the other STH's are having the same issue. I did get the email today about information for STH's.

    If it helps, I did pick option 2 when it came to the loyalty reward credit, which was the refund option for unplayed games. Is there a chance that that means my tickets were cancelled???

    Furthermore, on a side note... out of curiosity, what happened to half-season ticket holders?

    I had the same problem. And my account is showing an invoice balance of $10 due 3/24/12, despite that I paid everything to date.

    I am also not getting the season ticket holder e-mails apparently. Sent an e-mail to my new rep, Melina. Waiting to hear back..

    Half season seat holders are getting screwed over this season. Unlike past seasons where they decide to communicate things, they decide to tell us very lithe and are not including the half season seat holders in a lot of things. In the past, half season seat holders got to go to Meet the PLayers, this year...oh yeah we forgot to tell you we decided to nix that idea and leave it only for full season seat holders and this will be the only event like this, during this shortened season.. Wow, thanks for the big middle finger for our loyalty during the lockout, and having season seats for the last 11 years.

    The chick I talked to on the phone yesterday was a super b!tch too. When asked why there was no communication about this earlier, she decided to tell me "Didn't you pay attention to the news, there was a lockout and it just ended." She was told this was understood, and politely too, but I was referring to back in August after the full payments were made. She said they did not know then that there would be a lockout. This chick was so dense, I did not feel like explaining it in pictures and crayon.

    UCSDguy1, I sure hope Melina is not the chick I talked to, she was very inattentive and is great at saying the company line and that's it.

    I have the same issues as you guys, it says I owe them $9 or something along those lines. The e-mail I got said they're still trying to figure everything out and they'll communicate it to us when they figure it out so as long as my tickets still show up in the account manager I'm not going to sweat it. Sounds like they're having issues with all the reps too, the rep I had Alex left in December and he was awesome! He said the new rep (I think his name was Mike) would be taking over on the 7th of Jan and that I'd hear from him regarding whats going on and I haven't so much as gotten an e-mail from him.

    I changed my addy to get it the emails. Last season I wasn't getting emails from the Kings to my Yahoo, once I told them my gmail I started getting them again. Lame but that's how it goes.

    Here is the email.
    With today's formal ratification of a new 10-year CBA between the NHL and the NHLPA, we hope you are as excited as we are to welcome back hockey and see the Kings' Stanley Cup Championship Banner raised to the roof of STAPLES Center!

    Please find below important information as it relates to your Kings account.

    Schedule

    The 2013 NHL Regular Season will begin on Saturday, January 19th, with the first Kings home game taking place at noon on that day. The Kings will play 48 games, all against Western Conference opponents, with 24 games at home. For a full schedule, please see www.lakings.com/schedule.

    Ticket Delivery

    We are doing our best to quickly send out your tickets, however, with the short turnaround time you will not receive your tickets by the start of the regular season on January 19th. Click here to log on to your account and download your tickets. Please follow this procedure for all subsequent games until you receive your tickets. Also, note that once you download your tickets, your original tickets for that respective game will become invalid so please do not use them for entry should you end up receiving them in time. Tickets will be available for download starting Monday, January 14th.

    Payments

    Your final 2013 Kings Regular Season balance due will be available for viewing by logging on to your online account no earlier than Tuesday, January 15th. Please note that your ticket rates remain the same as communicated on your original 2012-13 invoice, however the total purchase amount has been reduced from the total stated on your original 2012-13 invoice because there are now fewer games in your ticket plan due to the shortened NHL regular season schedule.

    For those accounts who have paid in full and have a credit on account, we will be applying those credits to the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs or the 2013-14 regular season. If you would prefer to request a refund, please contact our office no later than Tuesday, January 15th.

    Payments will resume on January 20th for accounts enrolled in our Automatic Payment plan program. Your Automatic Payment Plan (APA) will be amended to include three installments with the following scheduled payment dates: January 20th 2013, February 20th 2013, and March 20th 2013. The exact amount of these payments can be viewed online by logging in to your account no earlier than Thursday, January 17th or by calling our office at 1.888.KINGS.LA. In most cases, these new payments will be less than your original payments. We will use the credit card, presently on file to resume your payments on the Automatic Payment plan; should you wish to update the credit card presently on file or should you have any questions about this amendment of the APA, please contact us at your earliest convenience prior to January 19th.

    Kings Loyalty Reward Credit

    For Ticket Package Holders that chose Option 1 (5% APR loyalty credit - please see www.lakings.com/option), we will communicate at a later date your exact credit amount and where it will be applied. We appreciate your patience during this time as we prepare for the start of the season.

    TicketExchange

    TicketExchange will be active on Tuesday, January 15th, for you to forward, post and resell your tickets. Click here to access your account.

    Single Game Presale

    Your exclusive window to purchase additional tickets to regular season games will be Monday, January 14th at Noon - 4pm PST. There will be a purchase limit of 8 tickets per game, with the exception of the home opener, which will be 2 tickets. All tickets are subject to availability. Please click here to purchase.     Ticket Holder Event

    To thank you for your patience and support, we invite you to a complimentary open practice on Monday, January 14th starting at 7:00pm at STAPLES Center. This event will be open to the public, however Season Ticket Members will have an exclusive window to download their normal regular season ticket seats from Saturday, January 12th at 10:00pm until Sunday, January 13th at 2:00pm. After 2:00pm on January 13th, we will be releasing any tickets not downloaded for general public access. Click here to download your tickets.

    Season Ticket Member Gift

    Again, as a thank you for your support and patience, all Season Ticket Members will be receiving a commemorative souvenir containing water from the Stanley Cup Final STAPLES Center melted ice surface. We will let you know when this one-of-a-kind keepsake will be available for pick-up - we anticipate it will take a few months to arrive.

    Opening Game

    I had same issue with forwarding meet the players tickets and practice tickets for tomorrow. I also have a $10 balance, even though my payments are automatically taken from my credit card.
    I did find a work around and was able to get the tickets off of safari on my macbook, but not firefox. It is now a bit of a pain to forward tickets, but if you forward them to yourself, and print the tickets to a pdf file, you can then forward the pdf to anyone as before. Just a few more steps than last year.

    My access to the site has been fine all week and the invoice was a bit screwy this weekend. But I'm right now on the site now and it's up to date with games and what I owe.

    Only thing I'm concerned / skeptical about is the 5% APR / Intrest that they owe me. '

    All the games are up but I can't print or forward them as of now. I'm sure it will all be worked out in a few days or less.

    Double Edit.
    Looking at my invoice it, they are charging much more per game than I had anticipated, more than $10 per ticket than last season.
