The LA Kings are tied for 2nd best record in the NHL over the 7 games since.

Out of a possible 14 points:

Chicago: 13 points

KINGS: 12 points

Anaheim: 12 points

Montreal: 12 points

Important too, as all of those points were gained in regulation. Nice lil' run boys ... you got us back in the mix. Now keep it going.

(Someone please plaster this all over the LA Kings locker room, El Segundo TSC, planes and busses.)

This happened last year after a late loss to the Wings, Friday March 9th, when the Kings gave up two in the last couple of minutes right after scoring to take the lead. Two days later, the Kings beat the Hawks in Chicago in the shootout, and were on their way

they toughened up in that game and if we can win tommorrow night it is huge.Regardless Kings are a different team now.Playing with so much more intensity

Thank Christ we won the cup, cause I was on that road trip to Nashville, Columbus, Detroit and Chicago and I could have killed, literally killed, the Redwing fans after that loss, thankfully no one said a word to me....But in the end, it was worth it.

Also, if we beat Detroit 2 night, look at the standings, we should be in 5th place. Plus if Anaheim can win in regulation, we would be 1 pt out of fourth, but best part is games in hand...1 on Phoenix, 2 on Detroit, 3 on Nashville, 2 on Dallas...so we win, we are in great shape....SO!!!!!!! having said that, we will probably lose, cause everytime I get excited about stuff like this, that is when we lose. We win the games when I think, eh, it doesn't matter.....

So IT DOESN'T MATTER...Whatever, eh...I wonder if that will work. Plus just to pat myself on the back...before the Columbus game I posted that we would win vs Columbus, Calgary, Edmonton, and Colorado, plus figured we'd beat 1 of Chicago, Detroit and Anaheim...I said, we'll have the ability to get 8-10 points...and we did....now it's just a matter of finishing off Detroit to make it better.

CASE YOU ARE wondering why the Detroit hatred...I live in Michigan and it seems that every decision in this state is based on what benefits Lansing or Detroit, doesn't matter how it screws other cities...that's why I hate all things Detroit.
