I wonder if they will personalize it. For $1200 bones and 8-10 minutes in a decent C&C, it could be done pretty fast and somewhat cheaply (for Tiffany that is). Im sure they could be simi-custom/made-on-order...for a price.

I like the ring. I dont love it though. I just cant get beyond the black resin in the logo and how out of level/wonky it looks. I'm not complaining about it, just making an observation. I personally just cant see me spending that kind of coin on something with that obvious imperfection.

There's another reason to not like the resin. Look at the bottom toe of the Duck foot print in that Ducks ring. Its come/worn out. Now if the black in the Kings logo were...say... Small Princess or Radiant cut Onyx chips (with resin filler between facets) like this:

...that would be awesome. And as far as gemstones go, Onyx isnt expensive at all so it could be done and not break the bank.

I dunno. I guess I'm just used to seeing NFL and NBA rings where its just head to toe Diamonds, Gemstones and Facets. I mean its a Championship Ring, IMHO it should be gnarly, over-the-top, nasty, nasty.
