After waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting some more for the escalators that would not move, my son started to inch towards a meltdown. So we took the stairs down, headed onto the main concourse, walked past Team LA, and exited there. All 3 of us got pucks and coupons. Alls well that ends well but the wait was a mess.

That said, I do not fault Staples for not giving out pucks until the end. Some clowns would be throwing pucks on the ice if there was a bad call or if the Kings were not destroying the Avs or whatever other inconsequential thing is required to trigger idiotic behavior.

I looked for the McFlurry coupons and didn't see one either...

Yes. A lot of the pucks at Staples (even in the store) are very hit and miss. The Stanley Cup ring I got was missing the letter L too.

Yes, a total nightmare. I don't understand why the escalators that were working all game long were suddenly inoperable. So off to the other escalator with the MASSIVE line. Finally just go down the stairs and able to get a puck, but only one box left at this exit and I could tell it would get ugly soon. No McFlurry coupons in sight. Not that I was so bummed not to get the coupon, but it's the principle. If they are going to promise everyone something, we should get it. Sigh.

Was in the super long line to get to escalators at 303 , got down there was a girl yelling to go to star plaza exit . Get there , got a puck , didn't see McFlurry coupons anywhere . I'm not bothered really about McFlurry stuff though

yeah, getting folks out of there on a regular night is a chaotic at best. They really should work this out. If they ever really needed to empty the place in a hurry, many of you will die or be maimed. That evacuation video before the game is just for the lawyers CYA's
