No worries KerFluff. Most Kings fans don't even know that strength and conditioning have zero to do with Athletes, and their on-ice performance.

    Damn bandwagon fans, eh?

Kerfufckel is just busting ballz cuz he's pissed a gassed Leddy and Crawford couldn't block/stop Martinez's lollipop shot from the blueline that won Game 7. Maybe the Hawks can get training tips from the Kings in exchange for some Zamboni driving lessons from their prized driver?

I do want his attention on it. These days top athletes operate at 100%. The difference between the best player and an average player is pretty small these days. Ever notice how the best team normally wins the last period? Train too much or too little does not help, nor does it help to peak too early. A good strength & training coach is all about getting 100% results while minimizing injuries. Just training harder is not the answer. S&T coach is a vital link in the team.

Watching "A Day that Changed the Game", and Dave Silk says that their conditioning played a huge role in them being a 3rd period team, and helping them win games all the way to Gold. Kerfuffle should set him straight.

You're wrong. The assistant/coaching staff doesn't matter. You've seen Miracle, haven't you? The interview process in the NHL consists of finding which assistant coaches can have the most convincingly dumbfounded and stunned look when the coach pushes the players too hard.

    And they blow the whistle.

I never said the exercise coach wasn't necessary - I said he is easily replaceable. My accountant is necessary for completing my taxes each year but if he gets hit by a bus I can go hire another one. Several Kings fans here understood the humor in my comments and how worrying about losing the exercise coach is pretty silly when you can just go hire another one. Unfortunately some here don't get it and think the team is in big trouble now.

Kerfuffle, you are like any shock jock out there, you imply things and then say you never said this or that but you imply to get a reaction.
