Thread: Ticket Rep Monica Aguila is gone

I got a call from my new ticket rep telling me my previous ticket rep Monica Aguila is "no longer with the company." My guess is that she got sacked because I talked with her 2 days ago and she was all excited to be back and work with something to do.

Just a heads up for anyone who had her as a ticket rep. She was great.

I know that a lot of people, especially in sales, have moved on since there was no work to do. So glad to have hockey back.

At least you got a phone call. My awesome rep Kabir left in November and I was informed by email. I was supposed to get an email from my new rep introducing herself, but I'm still waiting for that.

She is my rep and no one called me! I just talked to her 2 days ago....wtf?!?!? Anyone know which rep is going to take over her people?

Kabir was my ticket rep too, but I think I got a hand-written card from my new rep around the holidays (again, I think).

I had kabir. Melina called me. I would guess she took all of kabirs accts.

I spoke to Kabir's replacement Melina Kent and she told me that Kabir decided to pursue his teaching ambitions.

They have always moved Reps . I'm my 3rd rep and i've only had an account 10 years .

Well, that sucks. She rocked! Then again, they have all rocked. Well, not true. Courtney Simpson was an uninterested punk. Even when his sales pitch would last less than 2 seconds, he still didn't care.
Haven't heard from a replacement.
