Hey if we could overcome the "fiscal cliff" can't we figure out how to share money in hockey?

We really haven't come close with the fiscal cliff... both sides just pushed it down the road a couple months like always. No one will make the tough calls when it comes to spending cuts, so in a couple months they'll just push it down the road some more.

When that fell apart, I got the purchase price (including fees) fully refunded. At this point even if there is a season and even if I want to go to games in my mini-plan (though I guess they'd all really be mini-plans)... I may have to sell games because I've made plans for lots of dates now. Concerts, plays, Vegas, parties, etc... I've committed to a bunch of dates now that may conflict. If I'm busy and I can't sell 'em for lack of interest in hockey then I'll give 'em to some children's charity. I love hockey but I wasn't gonna wait for these idiots to fill my own schedule. I'll fit in hockey when I can.

Teemu Selanne was quoted as saying he felt the lockout would end Monday and play would resume Jan 19..it was reported on the CBS Sports blog.At this point is it even speculation ? Hockey is starting up again.
