It's already been addressed in the contract between the NHL & NBC.

Spector tweeted yesterday that a player agent basically said the same thing but that the deal would be announced today. Sure seems contrary to everything else that's being 'reported."

Hearing that so little trust exists between the parties that they won't agree to announce deal until it's all finished.
