Apparently they agreed on a framework only, they still have to write the actual deal, and both sides need to vote on it. The way this has gone, I'm still skeptical it's really over.

It's a done deal, at this point I am guessing there was enough outside pressure (NBC and sponsors) that both sides were forced to sit down and actually hammer out something they could live with.Quote:
