I had a momentary lapse in judgement and thought that the thread being closed meant Bettman's presser had announced the NHL had a season.

Even LGK is trying to kill my ability to hope.

The great thing is that Bettman and fehr are nowhere around the actuall negotiations and things are finally getting done. The sooner these two have their roles reduced permanently the better

they did it to us 7 years ago so they might just do it again.

Just heard the Board of Governors Mtg. just ended and John Davidson was optimistic that a CBA maybe done soon and I for one am not too enthusiastic until the new CBA deal is signed. We shall see if and when Betteman has his Press conference on which way this CBA deal is going.
