mj's ghost pissed on the lakers rink and it went through the court and padding and onto the ice...
OK, I see the pics and I fear the very very worst!!!
Whenever you have a concrete slab exposed to freezing conditions, the concrete is not a natural barrier to moisture and freezing temps draw moisture from the earth thus moisture is sucked up through the slab and into the frozen environment.
When that environment is blocked improperly and there is a way for moisture to penetrate the concrete layer, heaving and buckling occurs over a period of time depending on the severity of the conditions when expanding ice forms below the concrete forcing the concrete upwards.
To prevent this, freezer floors and ice rinks employ various means of reducing the possibility of below rink ice build up including various heating and drainage systems.
It is possible that there is a failure in that area of the sub-rink heating system which can't be repaired properly until the end of the season probably.
This means that there could be a catastrophic, mid game calving of the ice surfaces in ways that have never before been witnessed as the stresses below the concrete continue to build up even as we speak right now.
oh em gee !!!!
Or, I could be wrong.
Google "jay flats" (you KNOW you want to). The first several hits are social media sites, his personal web site, and an IMDB listing. None of those really answer the question "who the hell is Jay Flats." The next link is the one I posted. And, considering it came from a site called babesdigballs.com, I suspect it's more geared toward you than me. ;-)
