Thread: So who is going to Vegas even if there is no game???

It doesn't matter if ya can't go, lol, as long as you still spend the weekend drunk.

Debating on going to a resort in Phoenix if there is no FF.

We took the night off, so if FF doesn't happen we will go see a friends band at the HOB's, they are opening for Steele Panther.

Technically...I'll be moving from downtown Las Vegas to NORTH Las Vegas even if there IS a game...

Hmm, well, what do you think? Actually, aside from the fact that I'm a Vegas resident, I already took off the time from work. No matter what, I'll be at the MGM with my Kings family.

How many of you bet on the Kings last year and won? My family would always bet on the Kings during FF. Last year we didn't go, so we didn't bet.. And of course the Kings won! Maybe it was our fault all these years - if it means anything we won't be betting again this year as we aren't going again. Perhaps that means we'll repeat..

I would think that would be a great feeling to collect that bet and then proceed to blow it all in Vegas. If any of you are planning on doing that, I envy you.

Not a chance. I would usually only go to Vegas when it's cool, not roasting...but Frozen Fury always gets me to go anyway. Plus with the big show at the Hollywood Bowl I'll get some tix and backstage passes for that on Saturday and maybe Disneyland on Friday. I have to say that Catalina weekend that Fropitar mentioned sure sounds like a great plan. I do that in a heartbeat if the Bowl didn't have a great lineup.
