Thanks, the design is a variation of the official SCC logo. I used the italic version as well. If you google Stanley Cup Champion Logo, you'll find two representations, one has the font in an italic style.

The artists name is East, and he is part of the team at Mark Mahoney's Shamrock Social Club.
