It will look fine. If you get colors, they will look slightly muted when your hair grows back. (they'll shave you to ink the tattoo)

I have full sleeves and hairy arms, plus some tattoos on my less hairy legs. I'll usually shave my arms up to my elbows once every summer just so I can see what my tattoos really looks like. I do the same on my legs, but I only shave the spots that are inked. No one ever notices and for a few weeks my tattoos look much nicer.

I have my appointment set up this Friday at Yer Cheatin' Heart Tattoo in Hermosa. And I ain't telling any of you malcontents what I'm getting.

So how it will work is like so:
Sean Heirigs, the owner of both shops and DIE HARD Kings fan, is currently doing the finishing touches on 3 Stanley Cup designs. We'll post them asap and you can choose from any of the 3 for the free tattoo. From that point, if you want minor changes or personalized touches, these will be things to discuss with Sean once you make your appt, but I'm sure we can accommodate everyone's ideas. Besides being a very exciting way to show your Kings pride, it's still a very personal and meaningful experience and we'll make sure to keep that in mind!
Sean has already started these tattoos and will continue until EVERYONE get's theirs! If you have a totally different Kings or Stanley Cup tattoo in mind outside of the 3 set designs, we'll still honor all of them at 50% off.

I wouldnt get it done at house of ink. Ive yet to see a tattoo any of their artists have done that doesnt look like it was done by a novice. Sorry but its the truth. I would try looking up Dapper Dan Collins at Victory Studios. Hes done all my tats and i love em all!. Hes a lil pricey but you get what u pay for! Ive paid about $125 an hour but have never had to have anything touched up and after 8 years have seen very little if any ink fading on any of em. But i dont know if hed be into doing kings tats but dude is a damned fine artist and a master of the needles and it cant hurt to look him up and ask right? But he might be tough to get a hold of as he constantly is being flown overseas by wealthy ass people just to do some artwork for em!

And please post a zoomed shot! Detail is everything, and I have yet seen a Kings Tattoo here where the detail is very professional. Nothing personal, but it's permanent till death, I want it to look like the mofo was silk screened on my skin!
