The filing by PSE Sports & Entertainment, the company Balsillie formed to pursue the Coyotes, came after the NHL said he was rejected as an owner by a 26-0 vote with three abstentions and one absentee, because he was perceived to be untrustworthy.

Given AEG's and Luc's loans of millions $$$ to Boots Del Biaggio (the same Boots who was a partial owner of the Nashville Predators, pleaded gulty to securities fraud and stated that AEG loaned him the money to get him to try to sway the other owners to move the Predators to AEG's new arena in KC) I'd love to know how Leiweke voted on the Balsillie ownership and "trustworthy" issue???

He was part of the BOG's executive committee, and they unanimously recommended denial to the full BOG's, who voted the same excepting three teams (0-26-3). In other words, he voted to shoot Balsillie down.
