If I recall correctly he thumped Phaneuf pretty hard...and by accident. Dion was lining him up and I don't even think he saw. But when the contact took place. Dion bounced off him like he hit an Oak tree.

I'm glad Boyle is finding some success in NY. However, despite the fact that he is winning his share of puck battles and has put a few in the net, I still see a tendency to play a bit soft, AND he's still not moving his feet enough.
A fair amount of his success is due to Avery. I don't care how many fans hate him; he can play, he gives it his all every shift, and he's colorful. What the hell is wrong with that???

It was a decent hit but it was after brownie had smoked him twice... I was a huge bb fan, I even started boyle's boils fan club but alas, he's better of with jay z in neeewww yooooork

Good for him, he can't hurt us in the east anyways and it would be pretty cool if he actually scored 40.

I think the Kings gave him a very fair shot. The dude was just invisible. Ton of skill and no heart. Good luck to him but I'm not disappointed his not a King anymore.

I look at the teams overall record to see how ex Kings are doing? Actually I do not care how the ex Kings are doing now. It does not matter if they are 50 goal scorers because how does that effect the LA Kings?

8 goals now. Tied with Brown and Williams. Though to be fair, the Ranger racked up 8 goals today so may be it was just one of those days. He also had a fight.
Frolov went 2-2-4, +5. Probably had a lot to do with Gaborik coming back.
