So why did this ownership group fire him? For the reasons in the article? Really? If so, why hire Nonis NOT as interim? I think it was that Burke isn't a "corporate" type guy....NOT his team building philosophy. We'll see....if the Leafs trade for Luongo then we KNOW this wasn't a building issue. You don't trade for Luu if you are rebuilding the Kings' way....
