Nah. That was a very nice move, but Giroux damn near defied the laws of physics on his. Most NHL'ers couldn't get that kind of height and velocity on that shot with no one touching them. To be able to get that shot off at all while falling forward, to say nothing of ripping it high with plenty of mustard, is black magic. I watched it a half-dozen times and I still can't wrap my head around how the **** he managed to get enough leverage to do that.

well, other than stand up to take away the top of the net....? He was crouching down for no apparent reason. Giroux had no angle to shoot at, so why give him the crossbar?
