    Default Deadmarsh has concussion problems again

    And now has to step down from being an assistant coach for the Avs: Adam Deadmarsh steps down as Avs assistant coach because of concussion

    Just sucks. No joke with these concussions. Makes me glad Gagne took so long to make sure he was 100%. Love what Mitchell had to say about concussions when he was interviewed right out when the finals were starting. Hope he can fully recover and enjoy his life.

    Bummer man, it's been 9 years and he has enough symptoms that he can't even coach? Sad news. I hope Deader finds a way to be well again.

    This article doesn't say anything about concussions, says he wants to spend more time with his family:

    at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.

    It did initially, which is why assume the original article disappeared and re-appeared without that info. You will note that the original link has "because of concussion" in it.
