    Default Gino Odjick has terminal heart condition

    Gino Odjick

    "Odjick has been told his time might be measured in months, if not weeks." He's 43.

    Terrible news to hear. He was quite the agitator to say the least, when the early 90's Canucks were on the rise. Way too young. I wish him and his family the best.

    Sucks big time. Gino was one of my favorite Canucks, back when I rooted for them. Loved watching him beat the snot out of guys who messed with one of his guys.

    Having a heart condition myself, I hope he turns around and gets better. Love ya, Gino!

    Terrible news. One of the better tough guys, and actually did a decent job as a commentator.

    I used to hate him and loved watching McSorley pummel him. This, however, goes beyond the game and is so sad to hear. If it really is his time to go, I hope it's as quick and painless as possible.

    43 years old.

    I, too, used to hate him when he played against the Kings.

    I have good memories of most players after they leave the game though.
    Odjick fits that category.

    Favorite player as a kid growing up. Even more-so than Linden, and Bure.

    Toughest S.O.B. I ever saw don a Canuck jersey.

    Heart goes out to him and his family.

    Those two had some great fights. One of their best IMO here;
