IMO Canada needs to implement a variation of the Jessica Law.
While I would raise the age from 12, I agree with it in principle.
Jessica's Law - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia...Among the key provisions of the law was classifying lewd or lascivious molestation on a person under the age of 12 as a life felony, and a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years in prison.[2] and lifetime electronic monitoring[3] of adults convicted of lewd or lascivious molestation against a victim less than 12 years old.
I totally agree, its particularly disturbing in that you have people looking for so many ways to bring an edge to the game and these guys are settling for hurling insults rather than requesting investigations. I know heresay doesn't get you very far with the authorities, but it should have gotten some attention at league offices.
What a joke, in the states he would be looking at 10 years.
Didn't he used to be a lard ass? Looks to be 150 soaking wet now.

If there is, it will only be from folks who don't understand how the Canadian justice systems works and why it works that way. For me, I'm more outraged at why Graham James was granted a pardon in the first place

Picture leaked of that loser without his red ski mask. Looks like he has cancer or something terminal, he'll be dead within 2 years.
