Thread: Gretzky Selling His Estate

Gretzky is selling his estate in Thousand Oaks, CA for a whopping $14.9 million! The only reasons I can think of why he's selling estate are the following:

1. Taking the Toronto Maple Leafs president job and moving his family to Canada.
2. The recent California tax increases (Phil Mickelson complained about this recently and said he has to make some drastic changes)
3. He's broke
4. All of the above

About the house: Gretzky said he sold it five years ago. It's the one Lenny Dykstra bought, which might explains the availability.
