This show is amazing...what I wouldn't give to cut this footage together...dream gig.
It definitely did not disappoint. It should be required viewing for my friends who take basketball seriously.
Unlike Star Wars, this Episode 1 was gold.
yea i watched it last night! show is greatly put together!! just the lighting on some of the personal interviews is awesome.
it almost makes me feel bad for the Caps.. and makes me hate Crosby even more. other than that great show. i wish they would have they same people do one for the kings.. it would be awesome
This series is going to be great for the league. It's great exposure, and it humanizes NHL players which the general public doesn't really know very well. And in a way, it's a great contrast of a team flying high and a team that is struggling.
A little off topic, but the Caps aint winning anything with the goaltending they are getting. :fpalm:

For some reason I was not expecting much. Boy was I wrong. I was really impressed. I actually felt sorry for the Caps and I have zero interest in them at all.
All the shots of the Pens on their plane, the practical joke int he hotel, and all the personal stuff is pretty cool.
After reading these posts I have to see it.
I would imagine it's really good exposure for the league. As an earlier poster said, it humanizes the players.
I am not surprised by the quality of the show. I don't know if anyone can put together something like this as good as HBO Sports.
