    So, just to be clear now, you were impressed that Malkin practices stick-handling, shooting and passing?

    Also, you would characterize these drills as "hardcore"?

    I wish our players/coaches would have thought of this groundbreaking training.

    Ok, Did you see the speed at which he was repeating those drills? You're nuts if you don't think that's tiring, plus heavy skill is needed to do those drills correctly. It's not quite a walk in the park.

    Frolov was one of the few players that remained in LA to train when Lombardi first took over. There was nothing wrong with Frolov's commitment to being fit.
