Those drills are probably used in Juniors and College as well.

The last drill was pretty sick. Receive a pass and shoot it through the table going short-side on the net. Basically he's shooting between the legs of a defenceman and trying to squeze it in on the left shoulder of the goalie. He made all but three or so.

That's what I'm talking about folks. Seeing a drill that we could hardly do ourselves and admiring a professional doing it with relative ease.

PS: I love how the goalie in that drill is just a stupid, thin column! It makes sense how Vokoun only got 1.5 mil now.

Agreed. The skill set is amazing but we already knew that.

Yes, his skill set is amazing, but from a physical standpoint, it wasn't much of a training. I was expecting to see something completely different. For an average joe/couch potato, that might have been tough to skate around a bit, but for an in shape hockey player, not much work (physically) there.

Still really cool seeing the guys skill set. It is always amazing watching the top end guys mess around like that. Thanks for posting.

I'm more in awe of Kate Upton, but that's just me.

Not what I would call hardcore. Nice stickhandling, though.

Imagine the beast Penner COULD be if he got the drive like Malkin.
So your saying Penner needs to lose about 45 pounds?
