Yeah, the move is purely to sell tix. Jagr's body broke down as the season wore on last year...a substantial playoff run(on a rumored hemorraging leg) and another swipe of the calendar can't help. 4.5 mil is REE-DICK-U-LOUS. Good luck w/that. And with Whitney, Derrick(concussion machine) Roy...well, look for a lot of line up shufflin. Jagr played on a good line last year, hence the inflated numbers. That's just too ****ing much money.
